Every August, Diana celebrates her birthday with a special tradition: a cozy, vibrant Vegan BBQ at her home in Verzetswijk, filled with great food, good music, and wonderful people.

This year, on August 2, 2025, she’s opening this tradition to the International Almere Community (IAC)—a day to relax, connect, and enjoy an all-you-can-eat plant-based feast.

From 13:00 until midnight, guests are welcome to walk in at any time and stay for as long as they like. Whether you’re coming for a couple of hours or planning to make a full day of it, the garden will be buzzing with good energy, conversation, and a table full of delicious vegan food and drinks.

The contribution is €20 per adult and €10 per child, which covers unlimited food, soft drinks, and alcoholic options. If you feel inspired to bring something to share, you’re more than welcome—just make sure it’s 100% vegan to keep the spirit of the day.

This BBQ isn’t just about celebrating a birthday—it’s about celebrating community, kindness, and shared joy. Whether you’re vegan or just curious, come as you are and be part of a tradition that’s all about heart, hospitality, and togetherness.
